Team Hotel Rössle


She has been with us since November 2011 and has been working as our restaurant specialist. She completed her training at 'Hotelfachschule Bludenz'. After a few years in the field she came to work with us. Her calm and lovely nature is a boon here to us in the restaurant.

She started work as a restaurant specialist here with us in September 2016. We are delighted to have her as part of our team. After completing her Trainer qualifications, she now oversees our trainees.


She came to us in her first year as a trainee. Janine was then working towards her qualifications as a Restaurant specialist. Her cheerful, helpful manner is popular with staff and guests alike. Janine has since completed her qualifications and joined our team. Our guests appreciation her happy outlook!



She completed her qualifications as a catering specialist with us. She has already made the kitchen her own. Her friendly and welcoming demeanour has made her very popular among guests and staff alike.


completed her restaurant specialist training her with us, then was a seasonal worker here. She is now back with us again in the hotel and is part of as our early shift staff. She is the "Good morning!" call in the htel.

Helps us with breakfast service and with general work around the hotel. Martine is a newcomer to the hospitality industry. We are delighted to have here in the team.

He trained as a chef with his father in the Altes Gericht. After that he expanded upon his training in Cafe Schnell, working as a pastry chef. He continued his professional development working in various restaurants in Vorarlberg and abroad. He has been here with us since June 2013 as head chef. We are delighted to have him here as part of our team. His culinary expertise is much extolled by our guests!

He is responsible for sides and vegetable prep. He blended in quickly here with us thanks to his calm and tidy way of working.


is our trainee chef. Mario already has the basics and is in charge of preparation and finishing our meat dishes. He is also our "Kaiserschmarren speciailst!"


Lilla is our trainee chef. She wants to improve upon her German and cooking skills with us. She is very eager to learn and has rapidly become part of our cold food preparation team.

has been here helping out in the kitchen since October 2016. She provides support to our head chef and is in charge of general cleaning in the kitchen.

Floor staff


She is a newcomer and very quickly established herself as a full-time member of staff. In charge f cleaning guest rooms, corridors, staff areas and laundry. Dragana is a key worker in our floor staff team. Our guests and staff appreciate her welcoming and calm demeanour.


She has been working here part-time with us as a chamber maid for several years now. Yesim is very tidy, flexible and cooperative. We can place our trust in her.
